Paint Me Silly PhotoShoot

Have you heard of “Paint Me Silly?”

The concept is popular for 2 year olds, but honestly it can be fun for every age!

In my studio the session starts with a Milestone photo collection.

This part of the session has a classic style outfit. After the Milestone segment is complete the child’s outfit is changed into something the can get messy. I use washable paints but I still recommend a simple solid colored outfit that is easy to bleach.

These sessions are set up with washable finger paints and a canvas. The idea is that your feels inspired by the paints and creates a masterpiece. This masterpiece is then sent home as a keepsake. Some clients have sent me pictures with these treasures hanging in their children room. My hope is that each child has that captured moment of creativity. The bonus to this is the session is created in my studio in a space covered in paper so the child makes the mess in my studio and not your home. As a mom I love when my kids get to be in a space where they are encouraged to be creative. It’s always bonus when I get to sit back and enjoy the time and not worry about the mess so as a photographer who encourages creativity let me worry about the mess.
